Well, this weekend doesn’t just bring with it the opportunity for us to be lazy; it also signals the beginning of National Breakfast Week. This annual campaign champions the importance of a good breakfast to start the day – something I’m sure we can all get behind.
Not only is the purpose of the campaign to raise awareness of the health benefits that eating a nutritious breakfast, but also to demonstrate the wealth of produce that the country yields. The campaign aims to promote discussion and encourage people to think about where their breakfast comes from, and ways to help the local farmers that produce it.
